What an enjoyable day our members had this wonderful Friday at Independence Plus!    They got to enjoy food from the following cultures:  Italy, Mexico, and France.  Food such as lasagna, salad and croissants, and Tres Leches cake.  For Arts and Crafts they created artwork of dragons and made fans.  Several rooms also participated in the Mexican Lottery (same as American Bingo).  Prizes consisted of small Mexican horse pinata and a rose that lights up in multi-colors.  Thanks so much to our staff that helped create and organize this activity.
